PILOTALK: REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Pilotalk, we aim to provide the highest quality AI-driven aeronautical training. Because our services involve immediate access to digital content and high-cost AI computational resources, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:
- DIGITAL CONTENT & IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Upon subscription, users receive immediate access to the Pilotalk Avatar, the Immersion Syllabus, and the Mission Logs. According to international digital commerce standards, once a digital service has been accessed or “consumed,” the right to a refund is generally waived.
- SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your Pilotalk subscription at any time via your Account Settings.
- Access Period: If you cancel, you will continue to have full access to the Avatar and materials until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle after a cancellation.
- AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
All subscriptions are set to renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted training.
- Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for the subsequent period.
- TECHNICAL ISSUES
We understand that technology can occasionally experience turbulence.
- Service Interruptions: If you experience a significant technical failure that prevents you from interacting with the Avatar for more than 48 consecutive hours, please contact support@pilotalk.com.
- Discretionary Credit: In cases of verified system-wide outages, Pilotalk may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or a partial refund to affected users.
- EXCEPTIONS & “COOLING-OFF” PERIODS
- European Union (EU) Users: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase provided you have not yet started to stream or download the digital content/Avatar sessions. Once you begin your first mission with the Avatar, the right of withdrawal expires.
- Accidental Purchases: Refund requests for accidental duplicate purchases must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
- HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or technical discrepancy, please submit a request to: billing@pilotalk.com

“You can stop your subscription whenever you want, and you’ll keep access until your paid time runs out. Because our AI tools are active the moment you sign up, we generally don’t offer refunds for time already paid.”
